Regarding translation

I think the blocks with a blank space for the name are meant to be direct actions, so "You've confirmed your schedule." would be "You confirm the schedule."

(And also, adding table cells like that breaks layout a bit. I will update my script generator over the weekend to fix that) 216.232.156.178 02:37, 2 October 2015 (EDT)

It seems like it's just describing what you do/did so the game can avoid "putting words in your mouth". Some of the earlier commus have things like "You tell them about [...]" or "You tell them to do [...]".
