- I did a lesson/transfer on the wrong card by accident. Is it possible to undo this?
- No.
- What is the maximum number of idols that I can hold?
- 100, expandable to 350.
- What happens if the number of idols exceeds capacity?
- How can I recover stamina?
- What are special training items?
- How can I find my game ID?
- How can I purchase Star Jewels?
- I can't enter text into the profile comment
- Try changing your input method.
- I levelled up but my maximum stamina and maximum friend limit didn't increase // Officially, the term is actually "colleague", but let's not kid ourselves

- Type = Cute/Cool/Passion
- How do I adjust sound volume?
- Can I cancel a Live halfway?
- If you press the Pause button, the pause window will give you the option to retire (リタイア). If you do decide to retire you will not receive any rewards since you did not complete the live.
- I didn't get a login bonus
- Login bonuses can be claimed once per day and reset at midnight JST, so you can receive the next login bonus after that
- The idols I acquired from a Gacha/Live disappeared
- There may be a short delay before they appear in your idol list or present box. Please make sure to check both locations.
- The game won't let me accept a friend request
- Both players need to have an empty slot in each of their friend lists. If the other person's friend list is full then you will get an error message.
- Can I accept friend requests from both Android and iOS?
- There is no problem.
- How does the cache clear function work?
- The cache clear function is accessed from the title screen. Once there, go to the Menu (メニュー) icon at the top left and press Cache Clear (キャッシュクリア). This will clear the image data but not the music data, and the data will be re-downloaded once you enter the game.
- Do my idol's stats get reset after special training?
- No, all your idol's levels and affection will be retained.
- I entered the CD serial code for exclusive songs but the songs didn't appear
- Go back to the title screen and re-enter the game.
- Why can't I use the daily 60 jewel Platinum Gacha?
- The 60 Jewel gacha requires paid star jewels and cannot be used with free star jewels.
- The app froze mid-live and when I quit and re-entered there wasn't any notification of an aborted live. Does that mean my stamina is gone?
- Unfortunately if this happened then your stamina is gone.
- The app isn't responding. What do I do?
- Try restarting the app.
- Is there a way to stop comments from friends from being deleted automatically?
- No.
- What is the maximum amount of Money I can hold?
- The maximum is 9,999,999.
- How can I check what special training items I have?
- Go to the lower bar and press Menu (メニュー) then go to Item (アイテム) -> Special Training Item (特訓アイテム).
- Can I play without spending any money?
- Yes, you are only charged if you wish to purchase Star Jewels.

- What is the difference between free and paid Star Jewels?
- Paid Star Jewels are those purchased with real money. Free Star Jewels are those obtained in-game from login bonuses, etc. Free Star Jewels will always be consumed if possible before paid Star Jewels. You can check the balances of each on the gacha screen, or by going to Menu (メニュー) -> Shop (ショップ) -> Star Jewel Balance (所持スタージュエル確認).
- Is there a limit on the amount of Star Jewels I can purchase?
- The limit depends on your age. When you first try to purchase Star Jewels the game will ask you to enter your date of birth in yyyymmdd format (e.g. 20050726). If you are less than 16 years old you can only spend 5000 yen per month, if you are at least 16 and less than 20 you can spend 20,000 yen per month, and if you are 20 or over there is no limit.
- I entered the wrong date, is there any way to fix it?
- Unfortunately, there is no way to change the stored birth date once entered, not even through contacting support.
- Is there any way to check the date I entered?
- No. For privacy reasons support will not respond to any such requests.
- Is there any age restriction on purchasing Star Jewels?
- There is no age restriction, but minors should check with a parent or guardian before purchasing.
- Do Star Jewels expire?
- No.
- I can't see the purchased Star Jewels in the game
- Please ensure that the transaction is completed and you have received a receipt. In addition, the app may need to be restarted.
- I purchased over the monthly limit, how did this happen?
- There may have been a communication delay.
- When do the purchase limits update?
- Limits update on midnight of the player's birthday.

- 3052: A communication error. Please ensure that you have a
- 3057: The Bandai Namco ID has already been bound to an account. If you want to bind two different accounts, you need a Bandai Namco ID for each account. If you're trying to bind the same data twice, stop.
- 3066: There is no account bound to the Bandai Namco ID. Bind an account first.
- How do I bind data to a Bandai Namco ID?

- I got an error that reads 引き継ぎ設定失敗, what does this mean?
- The Bandai Namco ID has already been bound to an account. See entry 3057.
- I forgot the Bandai Namco ID that I bound my data to. Is there any way to check?
- You need to contact BNID support. The URL is https://www.bandainamcoid.com/portal/inquiry. Contact can only be done in Japanese, so we at the wiki suggest asking someone if you have trouble, preferably in one of the English-speaking DereSute communities.
- I want to unbind data from my Bandai Namco ID. How can I do so?
- Currently there is no way to do so, though there are plans to add one in the future.
- If I delete the app from my device, will my data be deleted?
- All data will be deleted. If you want to keep your account, please ensure that it has been properly bound to a Bandai Namco ID.
- Can I transfer freely between devices?
- You can transfer freely as long as the account has been bound. However, if transferring between iOS and Android star jewels not in your present box will be lost.
- What is data inheritance (データ引き継ぎ)?

- What is data inheritance setting (データ引き継ぎ設定)?
- Data inheritance setting refers to linking your play data with a Bandai Namco ID. Only one account can be bound to one ID.
- Will my play data be deleted after a time period?
- No, your data will be kept regardless of how long it has been since you last played.
