Regarding an Error Displayed After Completing a Live

Due to communication issues, an error message saying "Error Code 1202" may be displayed when a Live is completed. When this error occurs, Event Points, Exp, etc. have already been properly reflected.

When this error occurs, please select the "Return to Title" option and start the game again.

Apologies for the inconvenience caused.

Regarding the Issue of Nation Blue Not Starting

It has been confirmed that when playing the song Nation Blue on the '2D Pretty' setting, an issue may occur where the song does not start.

The cause of the issue is currently being investigated.

Until the issue can be fixed, please play the song on a different quality setting.

19 October 16:16 Update

Compensation will be distributed to users who are affected by this issue.

If you are prompted to resume the Live, press No, then change your Live settings, and then play the event song again.

The issue has been fixed.

This announcement will be updated when compensation has been distributed.

As of 9th October 15:00, a new Event, "Nation Blue" has begun!

During the event period, by playing Lives, you can earn Event Points and Neiroses. By using Neiroses, you can play the event song Nation Blue. Fulfil certain conditions, and you can get the following event-exclusive idols and room items!

It has been confirmed that the "Appearing Idols" screen for the event "Cinderella Caravan" is displaying incorrect information. These idols are not actually obtainable.

The correct list of Appearing Idols is as follows:

As of 13th October 15:00 JST, the following two new idols have been added to the Platinum Audition Gasha!

• [Megane Princess] Kamijo Haruna
• [Fresh Cheer Girl] Wakabayashi Tomoka

When [Megane Princess] Kamijo Haruna is set as the centre idol, you can select her Solo version of Onegai! Cinderella!
